Adapt to life
in Estonia

In 2022, Estonia welcomed tens of thousands of people fleeing the war in Ukraine. The Ministry of Culture and the Police and Border Guard Board needed to reach them quickly with one clear message: register for the free, mandatory adaptation course that helps newcomers settle into life in Estonia.

The story

From brief to result

01

One message, many screens

The audience was on the move and mostly on mobile. We designed a complete set of Google Display and social media formats — from leaderboard and half-page banners to squares and animated units — so the message looked right wherever it appeared.

02

A visual bridge

The design combines Estonian and Ukrainian folk-pattern motifs with forward-pointing arrows in blue, black and yellow: two cultures, moving in the same direction. The copy ran in Russian with a single, unmistakable call to action: register now.

03

Animated and optimised

We animated key formats to stand out in busy feeds and supported the campaign's rollout across Google Ads and social media for two government clients.

One campaign, every screen

The message had to survive everything from a wide desktop billboard to a small mobile square. Switch between the formats below — each is shown at its actual size.
